The Christmas Exchange Program provides those in need with food hampers or redeemable gift certificates during the holiday season, providing recipients with a sense of a hope and dignity during an otherwise difficult time of the year.

The Caring and Sharing Exchange does not take individual requests for assistance. Please contact your local community service agency to be referred to the Christmas Exchange Program. Any further questions about your registration can then be directed through your referring agencies.

211 is an information and referral service for community, government, social and health resources, serving all of Ontario. Call 2-1-1 or 613-761-9076 and a Community Navigator will help find you an agency or program that suits your needs.

Once registration is closed, staff will then work to determine how much holiday assistance they are able to distribute. Unfortunately, no registration requests can be accepted once client registration has closed.

For information on when/if you will receive the holiday assistance, please contact the community agency where you registered for the Christmas Exchange Program.
