Meet the Staff of the Caring and Sharing Exchange!

Sui-Ling Leung, Director of Development and Volunteers

As the first point of contact for all the volunteers who work with the Caring and Sharing Exchange, and our enthusiastic treasure-hunter for donor and corporate funding, Sui-Ling Leung is a warm and welcoming person who brings a positive vibe to all her interactions with others. A woman with siren-like appeal, she'll have you sailing your ship towards our donation or volunteer shores before you know it! Unsurprisingly, with a voice like hers, she's also a singer for the Orpheus Choral group here in Ottawa. Go figure!

Julie Séguin, Communications Coordinator

With passions like creative design, public relations and social justice, Julie Séguin is the rookie in the team. Constantly updating the website and “bilingualizing” the organization (do tell me if I missed a page, this is only the beginning), she wants to improve her web design knowledge and find original and eco-friendly promo tools. Recycled plastic pens? Mini double-sided brochures? She is a lively and outgoing member of the Caring and Sharing team, so give her a call to book a media interview or to make a donation! Just remind her to slow down if she's speaking too fast...

Ted Ross, Administration and Fundraising Assistant

Ted has three passions in his life; his wife Bonnie, his daughter Stacie and his two Miniature Schnauzers...thankfully in that order. Ted has spent his career working and volunteering for non-profit organizations in Ottawa, raising public awareness of these organizations and tons of funds through fundraising campaigns and special events. Say hello to Ted as the office or at one of our special events. He’s the big guy with hair the same colour as his dogs… salt and pepper!

Oludayo Sola-Akinsola, Database Supervisor

The master of our database, Oludayo Sola-Akinsola is well known among the over 300 community agencies with which we work. A wiz at pulling stats, organizing postal codes, and answering the questions of our many agency clients, she will sort out your referral issues in a jiffy. In her spare time, Oludayo loves to cook and visit with friends and family. She is currently on maternity leave.  (interim job description)
