The Caring and Sharing Exchange is recruiting for a Board of Directors which meets 6 times a year, for not more than 90 minutes, plus a strategic planning session once a year. The Board is responsible for the financial well being of the agency, as well as setting policy. We are currently looking for people with business, legal or accounting background.
